The 2009 NCA Convention will be held at The Clarion Hotel & Conference Center, located in the heart of Branson, Missouri.  Check out The Clarion at www.clarionhotelbranson.com  Call (800)725-2236 for room reservations.

 

Be sure to state that you are with the National Caves Association when making reservations.  Room Rates:  One Adult $79.99   Two Adults $79.99   Three Adults $89.98   4 Adults $99.97 (NOTE:  Children 18 & under are free in paying adult room)  Taxes of 11.6% will be added, & a “Safe with Limited Warranty” fee is $1.67/room per night.

The Clarion has the following room types in our NCA room block:

70 rooms have 2 queen beds

10 rooms have a king bed

 Call for reservations soon, as there are a total of 80 rooms reserved in the NCA block, and unreserved rooms will be released back to the hotel on August 27, 2009.
